European Tower Shoots

Pheasants On The Ledge is pleased to offer 4 opportunites this season to experience tower shoots. This European tradition places hunters in blinds surrounding our 40 foot tower from which pheasants are released. The participants rotate through each of the 13 shooting stations to maximize their opportunities to harvest birds. Handlers with dogs retrieve all downed game. At the end of the hunt, the birds are distributed between the hunters.

Each shooter pays $162.75 for a 10 pheasant release and a hot lunch. Twenty-six people can enjoy the sport together. Individuals or groups can make reservations with a credit card. If 24 hour notice is not given for cancellations, the hunt fees will be charged to the credit card or birds will be forfeited from cards. Tower shoots will be held on December 5th, 2010, January 15th, Ferbruary 12th and March 5th, 2011. The birds start flying promptly at 10a.m. Please arrive at the clubhouse no later than 9:30. This variation on upland hunting promises to be fast paced and action packed. We hope you will join us.
